Why office moves go wrong on IT
Most office move delays come from IT: the internet connection that takes weeks, the cabling nobody planned, the phone number that has to be moved, the EFTPOS terminal that needs its provider. They are all easy if you start early and painful if you do not.

- As soon as you have the lease. Installation times vary and can take weeks, which is why it is the first item on the checklist.
- Should I move my old equipment or replace it?
- Move it if it is still supported and reliable. A move is also a good moment to replace anything old, because you are setting everything up again anyway.
